THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBES THE TERMS ON WHICH SEADA INTERNATIONAL INC. OFFERS YOU ACCESS TO OUR SERVICES.
Welcome to Seada International Inc.'s User Agreement. This Agreement describes the terms and conditions applicable to your use of our services at Seada International Inc.. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site. We reserve the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of these terms at any time, at our sole discretion. If you continue to use the site after we have posted changes to the terms, it means you have accepted those terms.
1. Eligibility for Membership
This service is provided to individuals who are 18 years of age and older or to minors who are 14 years of age and older and who have parental permission to open and maintain an account. If you do not qualify, please do not use our services. Seada International Inc. may refuse our services to anyone at any time, at our sole discretion.
BY COMPLETING THE REGISTRATION PROCESS, YOU ARE STATING THAT YOU ARE ELIGIBLE FOR AN ACCOUNT AND THAT YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT.
2. Fees
Joining Seada International Inc. is free. We may at our sole discretion add, delete or change some or all of our services at any time. Any fees will be clearly posted.
3. Fraudulent Activity
Without limiting any other remedies, indemnities or causes of action available to Seada International Inc. and its affiliates, if you are determined to have engaged in fraudulent activity in connection with our site, services or accounts (including without limitation furnishing false or misleading data or engaging in any activities not in good faith with respect to online services.If you otherwise breach this Agreement, Seada International Inc. may suspend, terminate or delete your account.
4. Breach
We may immediately issue a warning, temporarily suspend, indefinitely suspend or terminate your membership, if you breach this Agreement or if we are unable to verify or authenticate any information you provide to us.
5. Privacy Policy
Seada International Inc. is committed to safeguarding your privacy online. Please read the following policy to understand how your personal information will be treated as you make full use of our many offerings. This policy may change from time to time so please check back periodically.
What personally identifiable information does Seada International Inc.collect from me?
Seada International Inc. collects information in several ways from different parts of our network of web sites.
Some personal information is gathered when you register. During registration, Seada International Inc. asks for your name, company name, federal tax I.D.number (EIN):, phone number, email address and zip code. Once you register you are no longer anonymous to Seada International Inc.- use to access the various protected areas of the site.

With whom does Seada International Inc. share my information?
As a general rule, Seada International Inc. will not disclose any of your personally and company identifiable information except when we have your permission or under special circumstances, such as when we believe in good faith that the law requires it or under the circumstances described below. Please see the Terms of Service or User Agreements for each of our products and services for more detailed information about how your personal and your company's information may be shared. Business Partners & Sponsors: Seada International Inc. may disclose your personal and your company's information to business partners or sponsors, but this is specifically described to you prior to data collection or prior to transferring the data. If any personal and cpmpany's data about you were ever to be shared, we will tell you before we collect or transfer the data.
Many promotions offer opportunities to request additional information from sponsors. By requesting more information, you give Seada International Inc. permission to transfer your personal and company's information to the sponsor so they can fulfill your request. In many instances, only your email address will be shared. If more information will be shared with the sponsor, you will be notified prior to the transfer.
From time to time, you may be offered the opportunity to receive materials or special offers from third parties. If you opt-in to receive information from these third parties, Seada International Inc. will (with your permission) share your name and email address with them.
Third Party Data & Data in the Aggregate: Under confidentiality agreements, Seada International Inc. may match user information with third party data. Also, Seada International Inc. discloses aggregated user statistics (for example, 40% of our users children clothing stores owners) in order to describe our services to prospective partners, advertisers, and other third parties, and for other lawful purposes.
Other: Seada International Inc. may also disclose account information in special cases when we have reason to believe that disclosing this information is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be violating Seada International Inc's Terms of Service or may be causing injury to or interference with (either intentionally or unintentionally) Seada International Inc.'s rights or property, other Seada International Inc. users, or anyone else that could be harmed by such activities. Seada International Inc. may disclose or access account information when we believe in good faith that the law requires it and for administrative and other purposes that we deem necessary to maintain, service, and improve our products and services.
What are my choices regarding collection, use, and distribution of my information?
Only Seada International Inc. (or agents working on behalf of Seada International Inc. and under confidentiality agreements) will send you these direct mailings and only if you indicated that you do not object to these offers.
You also have choices with respect to cookies. By modifying your browser preferences, you have the choice to accept all cookies, to be notified when a cookie is set, or to reject all cookies. If you choose to reject all cookies you will be unable to use those Seada International Inc. services that require registration in order to participate.
Seada International Inc. does not sell or rent user information to anyone. We will notify you at the time of data collection or transfer if your data will be shared with a third party and you will always have the option of not permitting the transfer. If you do not wish to allow your data to be shared, you can choose not to use a particular service.
What is Seada International Inc.'s policy on allowing me to update, correct, or delete my personally identifiable information?
You may edit your Seada International Inc.. Account Information and your public Seada International Inc. Profile at any time by using your Seada International Inc. ID and password. If you have forgotten your password, please click here.
Your Seada International Inc. account can be deleted or deactivated. Please contact 718-836-8086 for further instructions about deleting or deactivating your Seada International Inc. account.
What security precautions are in place to protect the loss, misuse, or alteration of my information?
Your Seada International Inc. Account Information and Seada International Inc. Profile are password-protected so that you and only you have access to this personal information.
We recommend that you do not divulge your password to anyone. Seada International Inc. will never ask you for your password in an unsolicited phone call or in an unsolicited email. Also remember to sign out of your Seada International Inc. account and close your browser window when you have finished your work. This is to ensure that others cannot access your personal information and correspondence if you share a computer with someone else or are using a computer in a public place like a library or Internet cafe.
Whenever Seada International Inc. handles personal information as described above, regardless of where this occurs, Seada International Inc. takes steps to ensure that your information is treated securely and in accordance with the relevant Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy.
Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information, Seada International Inc. cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us or from our online products or services, and you do so at your own risk. Once we receive your transmission, we make our best effort to ensure its security on our systems.
What else should I know about my privacy?
Please keep in mind that whenever you voluntarily disclose personal information online - for example on message boards, through email, or in chat areas - that information can be collected and used by others. In short, if you post personal information online that is accessible to the public, you may receive unsolicited messages from other parties in return.

6. Respondent Confidentiality
By becoming a member of Seada International Inc., you agree that you will hold in strict confidence and not disclose to any other parties information learned in connection with any survey, project, questionnaire or other market research activity related to Seada International Inc.. You agree you will use the information contained in any survey, project or questionnaire strictly for the purpose of discussing and providing market research related data. You shall notify Customer Service should you discover any loss or unauthorized disclosure of the information. The kind of information you may learn in connection with a survey, project or questionnaire includes trade secrets, proprietary information, media content, unique techniques, sketches, drawings, works of authorship, models, inventions, know-how, research, experimental work, development, design details and specifications, sales and merchandising plans and other information provided relating to third parties.
7. No Warranty
WE AND OUR SUPPLIERS PROVIDE THE GlobalTestMarket.com WEB SITE AND OUR SERVICES ''AS IS'' AND WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OR CONDITION, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE AND OUR SUPPLIERS SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIM THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF TITLE, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Some states/countries do not allow the disclaimer of implied warranties, so the foregoing disclaimer may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other legal rights which vary from state to state.
8. Liability
OUR LIABILITY, AND THE LIABILITY OF OUR SUPPLIERS, TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTIES IN ANY CIRCUMSTANCE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT OF FEES YOU PAY TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE ACTION GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, AND (B) $100. Some states/countries do not allow the limitation of liability, so the foregoing limitation may not apply to you.
9. General Compliance with Laws
You shall comply with all applicable laws, statutes, ordinances and regulations regarding your use of our service and your bidding on, listing, purchase and sale of items.
10. No Agency
You and Seada International Inc. are independent contractors, and no agency, partnership, joint venture, employee-employer or franchisor-franchisee relationship is intended or created by this Agreement.
11. Notices
Except as explicitly stated otherwise, any notices shall be given by email to of Seada International Inc.or to the email address you provide to Seada International Inc. during the registration process (in your case), or such other address as the party shall specify. Notice shall be deemed given 24 hours after email is sent, unless the sending party is notified that the email address is invalid. Alternatively, we may give you notice by certified mail, postage prepaid and return receipt requested, to the address provided to Seada International Inc during the registration process. In such case, notice shall be deemed given 3 days after the date of mailing.
12. Arbitration
Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association. Any such controversy or claim shall be arbitrated on an individual basis, and shall not be consolidated in any arbitration with any claim or controversy of any other party. The arbitration shall be conducted in Issaquah, Washington, and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered into any court having jurisdiction thereof. Either you or Seada International Inc. may seek any interim or preliminary relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in Los Angeles, California necessary to protect the rights or property of you or Seada International Inc. pending the completion of arbitration.
13. General
This Agreement shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the US State of California as such laws are applied to agreements entered into and to be performed entirely within the US state of California. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or secure access to our services, and operation of our site may be interfered with by numerous factors outside of our control. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced. Headings are for reference purposes only and in no way define, limit, construe or describe the scope or extent of such section. Our failure to act with respect to a breach by you or others does not waive our right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches. This Agreement sets forth the entire understanding and agreement between us with respect to the subject matter hereof.
